Chai Green

I have come to Shawarma many times with my kids and this is the first time, my 8 year old daughter commented repeatedly "he has such nice Manners, he is very nice" my waiter was Mustafa. Though he looked tired, he did not fail to be kind and accommodating. We asked to be seated elsewhere and our preference was fulfilled Very happy.

Food and service was great. Our server Mustafa took good care of us from start to finish and tended to our every need. Very kind stand and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely would come here again

Mustafa was brilliant, his service, his food delivery and advice on which items to order. His suggestions were great! A1 service. Food was great, we ordered the mix grill for 2, masala fish and fries and mixed loaded nachos with a strawberry mohito and lychee spritzer. We didn't have to wait long wither for our food, it was quite fast! Thank you

My first experience of Brum and Chai Green. I was so pleasantly surprised at the decor, the taste of the food and the service. We had a lovely fusion of food each dish bursting with flavour. To start with we had a chaat plate... Pani purees, samosa chaat and papdi chaat... All made to perfection. We then had steamed momos, ninja chips and a Thaali to share followed by karak chai. Ahmed made us feel very welcome and went out of his way to see we were comfortable. Thank you... I wish we had a Chai Green in london... There is so much more I wanted to try

Visited Dec 2024. Always wanted to try this place out and did not disappoint. The ambience here was perfect. We visited on a quiet evening and got served straight away. The food and presentation was 10/10. We got the Chai Green Taali, Chilli Chicken Stir Fry Noodles and a Mango Mocktail. The daal and the two curries we had chosen for the taali were so tasty and flavoursome. The portion of the food was the perfect amount and the Mango Mocktail was the perfect drink to cleanse our palate. Can’t wait to visit again soon. Would love to try out the breakfast menu

Absolutely fantastic customer service! The waitresses who served us, Shariya and Shuhani (apologies if I’ve got the names completely incorrect)—were extremely polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. Our food was served in a reasonable amount of time, and the presentation of each dish was top notch. Everything I tried was full of flavour and clearly made with care. The only slight letdown was the fish and chips—the batter was a bit overcooked and the fish didn’t seem to be cod as I normally thought it would be. That said, the menu offers a great variety of options at reasonable prices, and the overall experience was still very positive. The restaurant has a warm, welcoming vibe and is definitely family-friendly

Shabnam served us and she was very pleasant and welcoming. The order went well and she made sure we were happy with our meal towards the end. Great customer service. Thank You.
